will be available as
long as PHPForms provides the software
support. A
myForm product has a 12 month warrantee
agreement.
If PHPForms stops support within 12
months of a myForm purchase and this affects
the availability of the form, a myForm
client will be refunded 8.33% of purchase
price for each month remaining on the 12
month agreement.
